Intent of Founding

With the progress of information technology and the increased convenience of overseas travel, the economic and business point of view has shifted to a global scale. To prepare and maintain the business environment in Japan and other Asian countries, and develop together, it is necessary for business operators to come together across borders, and proactively engage in activities to contribute to the economy, society, and the environment.
Accordingly, the Asia Leaders Association was founded as a gathering of business operators from Japan and other Asian countries.

Asia Leaders Association Specialized Committees

We have established specialized committees composed of Association members, to provide opportunities for members to participate themselves and to engage proactively in activities. Through committee activities, members deepen their mutual friendship and interaction.
* Committees will be increased gradually in accordance with the desires of the members.

Asia Research Committee

The Asia Research Committee conducts information exchange and study meetings for the advancement of business from Japan into other Asian countries.
* The China Business Committee and ASEAN Business Committee are subcommittees of the Asia Research Committee.

Political Research Committee

The Political Research Committee conducts research aimed toward policy recommendations in Japan and other Asian countries. Through the activities of the Political Research Committee, we aim to give birth to politicians from the Association, and provide governments with suggestions from the point of view of business leaders.

Eco-business Committee

The Eco-business Committee conducts information exchange and researches case studies related to cutting-edge eco-business. In addition, the Eco-business Committee conducts visits to companies related to ecological issues, research institutes, universities with industrial partnerships, etc.

Committee for the Promotion of Contribution to an Eating Society

The Committee for the Promotion of Contribution to an Eating Society conducts activities under the theme of improving food safety and the ratio of food self-sufficiency. In addition, the Committee creates structures to generate employment for disabled individuals through farming, and supports their self-reliance.

Private Market Creation Preparatory Committee

The Private Market Creation Preparatory Committee is a study group that aims to establish a new stock market that is active and highly convenient for new companies and small and medium-sized companies. The Committee conducts research on the creation of a new stock market that has a minimum number of rules, provides freedom, and is beneficial to the Japanese economy, the stock market, venture capital, and entrepreneurs.

Asia Sports Business Research Committee

The Asia Sports Business Research Committee is a study group that researches the sports businesses that are popular in each country of Asia.

Management Strength Improvement Committee

The Management Strength Improvement Committee exchanges information regarding know-how, techniques, and tools, etc., for the improvement of leadership ability, sales strength, administrative ability, and the power of interpersonal relations, etc., that are required for management.

Twitter Committee

The Twitter Committee researches methods of utilizing Twitter to achieve results in management and business.

Writers Committee

The Writers Committee conducts information exchange between Association members who have authored written works. The Committee researches effective techniques for branding, the main objective of the publication of books by business operators.

Beauty and Health Committee

The Beauty and Health Committee is a study group that conducts research on the theme of beauty and health. The Committee exchanges information regarding not only the health of the Association members themselves, but on preventive medicine, organic food, healing, and other issues in the field of health business.

Outdoor Committee

The Outdoor Committee deepens friendship between Association members through outdoor activities.

Member Recruitment and Leisure Committee

Based on a firm understanding of the issues facing children of developing countries, the Support Committee for the Children of the Future considers and implements necessary support activities in order to expand on the potential of dreams held by the children who will be the leaders of tomorrow.
